As the founder of Reasoning Mind, Inc., Dr. Alexander R. Khachatryan developed the foundational concepts and ideas of the company’s vision. He directs Reasoning Mind’s work including oversight and management of all fundraising and deployment activities. Dr. Khachatryan received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Oil and Gas Institute and holds a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from Moscow State University.
